MEC Lehari appeals to motorists to be cautious on the Danville traffic circle



Community Safety and Transport Management MEC, Sello Lehari is cautioning motorists to adhere to speed limit as there shall be no tolerance for breaking the law. This as there had been incidents reported on the newly completed traffic circle on the R503 route entering the Mahikeng from the Lichtenburg.

So far the circle claimed two lives in five accidents near Danville.
MEC Lehari MEC appeals to all road users to be vigilant at all the times and ordered law enforcement officers not to tolerate any infringements. “We appeal to our motorists to be patient, be cautious, share the road and drive within speed limit,” said the concerned Lehari.

MEC Lehari said road safety is every one’s responsibility. “If we can all be responsible road users, we will succeed in reducing high number of accidents”.
Meanwhile MEC Lehari conveys condolences to the bereaved families of the two who died in the Danville accident.
